Rachele has confirmed he has not suffered an ACL or PCL injury

It could be a fracture which is what I believe happened with Darcy.

MRIs are only for soft tissue and ligaments so I suspect they will have to do some further testing to find what the issue actually is.

Looks like we've definitely dodged a bullet here, if it's a situation like Darcy he will most probably miss the rest of the minor round, but might be back for finals.

Will he force Lachie out though?

They would have already done the xray as well. They wouldn't have done an MRI and not an xray.
However, an MRI will absolutely show up fractures. It's an ultrasound that won't

"Scans have confirmed Rachele avoided any ligament damage however, the 22-year-old suffered a Posterior Capsular tear along with a bone compression injury. "

So effectively banged his bones together enough to "injure" them which is bone bruising, if not a break.

Back for the Grand final baby!

You diagnosed an ACL, that's enough for today I think dr relapse.

Wannabes in the gameday thread immediately announcing ACL like a fact.
The fact that was in pain = acl
The fact that he walked off = acl
The fact that he got sent for scans = acl

All other types of knee injury are debilitating yet painless and don't require scans.

Not the worst news but can't see him getting back in time for finals because it's bad enough it needs surgery.

Who would do that when we have so many experts on board here
