Lords had one good week in probably the last 15. Everyone has a memory of a goldfish, he was absolute turd the last few times at AFL level and was invisible in the SANFL last week. Lukos 3 almost 4 goals showed how easy it is to kick bags on Harris Andrews and therefore shows how Lords one miracle game was completely a fluke. Legitimately rather Sweet and Soldo over him or Even Jeremy as a second ruck. Lord should be thrown in the McEntee/Mead/Burton never again spud delist at the end of the season basket. Even if he kicks a bag against the bottom side guaranteed he does absolutely nothing the next 4 weeks after that
If we had decent depth - he would have been dropped by now. Has had a poor season, and was extremely poor against the Lions.Burgoyne ?
Two ways to look at it with Lord. Can look at it how you did.
Or that he kicked 5 last week, and if he plays this week, is up against younger less experienced defenders - and LIKELY to have decent supply. If he can bag a few goals, he may build up some confidence and form to grow into for the rest of the season.
