Charity Case FC mods handing out bans to whoever dares post on their board preview thread
Suggest you think twice before posting.. as tempting as it is

Believe me if we win I think a few of our posters will cop a ban for trolling the **** out of them though
Charity Case FC is good, I prefer Sunk Cost FC though.

I've followed the Crows long enough to know that talking shit at this point of the weekend is a recipe for disaster.

I like to check out the match ups when I watch a replay of each match. The closest we had to a tag was Zac Taylor on Bailey Dale. Berry spent time on all three of the Bulldogs top inside mids. More Bont in the first half, Libba in the second half, although he also matched up on Richards from time to time.
I reckon he spent about a half on Bont, and about a half following Petracca around too.

I don’t think it’s a matter of Crouch being a game changer, I just think he does Berry’s position better than Berry does. It’s those small things which add up over the entirety of the game that can make the difference. Was it last year or the year before when Crouch was pretty much playing SANFL and made an immediate impact when he got his chance in AFL. I think you are taking for granted the advantage of first touch and clearances from centre bounces are. Yeah rebounding footy has become a dangerous weapon for us, but first crack into our forward 50 surely has to be as important.
A bit harsh on Berry. He's been great as our strong bodied, tackling midfielder. He also has a fair amount of offensive play notwithstanding some of his more suited midfield colleagues.
Crouch is good at Crouch things but the entire afl media has condemned the plodding accumulator to history. Even Laird needed to reinvent himself. Midfielders need to be nimble and strong was a quote from someone I listened to recently.
I mean no disrespect to Matt Crouch but I strongl feel that the performance and personnel of our current team should not be tampered with. Especially in such a critical area like midfield.

We're third on the ladder toward the end of the season which is awesome to be contending again. We're also playing quite a lot of good footy these days too. Sam Berry has been there through our best and looks to be quietly doing his job with strength and reliability.

If it ain't broke...

On average, Queenslanders are the most racist state based population in the country. They’re not the most racist overall, but on the state ladder they are.
Sheesh. How to make friends...

But it's a fair and correct comment.

It probably comes down to opposition, form, and who can deliver the game plan better. I like Berry a lot. I thought he might have been another Sloane in the early years, but he has developed differently. Both he and Crouch offer different positives so it comes down to which will suit us better on any given day. Until Crouch’s hip, he was also part of the reason we have been winning games.
