In terms of the guys we've recruited, outside of Corr & Logue I don't feel like the rest were that wanted by their respective clubs.

I agree the general quality of our drafting has been crap but fwiw imo i reckon we shoulda bounced tt out earlier. Its a shame it took the afl to deregester him before we set chose to set an example. And with the benifit of hindsight he was bound to keep stuffing up.

We seem to be a club where once you are in, it's very hard to be axed.

Look at Gavin Brown - years and years at NM in charge of player development. Absolutely stunk it up to no end but survived 5 years too long.
Rawlings - I say no more.
Patch Adams - Useless as forwards coach. So then we plonk him in charge of the midfield - a position he never played.

How many more years of bottom 4 finishes will it take for something drastic to happen at Arden St at a Board & Football Dept level?
