Harley unlikely to be fit? Would you risk it?Baker midfield
Hough backline
Gross in
Owies WAFL
Yeah who knows.Harley unlikely to be fit? Would you risk it?
Hopefully Hewett, Hall and Gross will form a good combination. Hope they take it upon themselves to lead the midfield.Yeah who knows.
I don't think a week off for Harls would hurt.
Give Gross a full game, he'll learn lots v Oliver, Petracca etc
Today looks to be not ideal for the talls but I think Livo has plenty of character and is very competitive so would be good to see how he goes in the wet and at the next level ..A couple of back end games before the next pre-season might serve his development well. The rest of the season is pretty much pointless so you could even roll him in as the sub if you had to. Would get more out of it than bringing in Hunt for example.
With that said I'm waiting for the game tomorrow before suggesting my changes. For all we know he'll roll out and have a stinker.
I like Newton, Gross is ok but propbably not up to it. I can't see harry being fit with hammy awareness.I’d say our best moves at this point would be:
OUT
H Reid
Owies
Bazzo (if Harry fit)
IN
Gross
Newton
H Edwards (if fit)
At least give Gross the Melbourne game, and if you need to move him out then Graham is back for the Adelaide game anyway.I like Newton, Gross is ok but propbably not up to it. I can't see harry being fit with hammy awareness.
Why Bazzo out? He's been the incumbent and was every bit as good as Brock yesterday.I’d say our best moves at this point would be:
OUT
H Reid
Owies
Bazzo (if Harry fit)
IN
Gross
Newton
H Edwards (if fit)
I don’t think he was quite as good as Brock (factoring in the short notice for Brock as well, which isn’t nothing). I’ve seen more from Brock this season to suggest he’s higher up the pecking order for me, and I’d keep Brock in. Unless they want Bazzo to play out the season to see if he can earn another contract. Why Bazzo out? He's been the incumbent and was every bit as good as Brock yesterday.
I think Harley will be out and certainly Gross is next in line.At least give Gross the Melbourne game, and if you need to move him out then Graham is back for the Adelaide game anyway.
Max Gawn?
Yeah, nah on second watch he's cooked. 10 weeks
