Our recruitment as a whole over a period of time was and has been poor. Way too many misses.

i havent watched too much of reid, but from what I've seen he has been much more damaging compared to his draft year. He's been choosing to kick more inside 50 and has been hitting targets, that was my main issue with him, he was always going sideways. Still not sure what his ceiling is, athletically speaking, not sure if he has the contested game to play pure mid, or athletic enough to take the game by the scruff, but again I haven't watched enough

but definitely too early to compare him to trav, still think trav could be anything, including half back flanker with a loopy kick, only time will tell. I think trav will really benefit from a few preseasons, he's a rake atm

He looked incredible last year. People just invented reasons for him not being very good. He was very damaging. His speed looked a potential issue but it doesn't seem to hurt him.

Strong clubs have accountability. We dont and its Simple as that and it stems from the top. Bassett has overseen some shocking decisions with the whole Lethlean free reign working his way up to CEO, signing up Ratten then sack him after 6 weeks later.

Questionable to even renew Ross Lyon at the start of the season as well.
