I openly advocating for tanking to improve draft picks, but I’ll happily admit that was wrong after a game like that. Nobody could have scripted it better!!! Hopefully that gets the bloody signature over the line - take the money from TDK and give it to NAS if needed, I don’t care!!!

Edit: and how significantly pleasing. The second last goal all class from NAS. The last goal, opportunistic set play from the midfield group was just as satisfying for a whole host of different reasons. Amazing!

Also, Max Hall adds the equivalent of a top 10 picks to this team. I've always seen him as potentially a Dylan Moore type, but he's got a much higher ceiling than that. He's looking like peak Jack Steven at the moment

Yeah I'm with you man. I don't even know how to rate him. Like who do you compare him to??? Some say McLeod but he has more forward chops. Some say Winmar but he is a bit taller and a definitely a better defender than Windy. I reckon he's got a bit of Bont about him for sure. Also, and I know this is weird, but like Jason Gram if he was given super powers and Robert Harvey's shimmy

He is similar to Winmar in that he can take a great grab for his size.
