Apologies for any inconvenience. We will try to find a replacement.
I read last week that they weren’t playing the full season which is weird. ChatGPT says they are fielding a sideI can't find any confirmation that Tassie is even playing a full VFL season in 2026.
Really starting to warm to Jacob Farrow at our compo pick should TDK move. 189cm left foot rebounding defender/ midfielder, reminds me a lot of Ed Richards and Hayden Young. I think Jagga, Farrow, Lord and Walker puts us in a really nice long term position.

This may be a stupid question but could we trade the pick on draft night if a bid comes earlier than our first pick (TDK compo)? Normally you get that 5 minutes to match the bid so could we trade it out in that time. In this situation we would obviously have pre-planned this with another club.Unlikely we take that compo pick to the draft.

How we getting our players if TDK stays?
I assume Dean coming up the order woudl make life a lot trickier for us if just go to the draft with our current picks
If TDK stays then I reckon a few of the second stringers will be moved on
Just picking up on the whole St Kilda need to pay NAS a squiillion, may need to reduce their offer to TDK - IDKIf he were staying surely he would have signed by now?
He can, but it's nothing like his left.Question. Can Josh use his right foot?
thanks. So his Left is his weapon but not his constraint. He can, but it's nothing like his left.
He can use his right when he has to, but vast vast majority of his kicks he's trying to get on his left.thanks. So his Left is his weapon but not his constraint.
Any idea who we'd be looking at to trade for?Unlikely we take that compo pick to the draft.
No.Any idea who we'd be looking at to trade for?
Agree, we need to get established to balance out the father sons coming inUnlikely we take that compo pick to the draft.
In what regard? It would be stupid if we traded it for a 'stop the leakage' type acquisition, which is odds on to be the case in Carlton's current state and mood.Unlikely we take that compo pick to the draft.
Because of where it falls in relation to Dean’s rating, and we’re going to need players, not just draftees. In what regard? It would be stupid if we traded it outright for a 'stop the leakage' type acquisition, which is odds on to be the case in Carlton's current state and mood.
If someone could dream up the exact type of player we need up forward this would just about be it. Shame with Cody he'll be borderline impossible to get.
Yes, we could.
The thing is though that there will be a lot of competition for down-trading picks for points given the number of academy/FS/NGA players this year, and especially because there are 10,000 fewer points available with the DVI changes.
And then combined with that given where our pick will fall, it's highly unlikely that a club won't bid on Dean before that pick.
I think we will (and should) target a player/s + later points with that pick.
The picks we hold likely alters where the bid comes, toobut if we trade the pick out early, then we miss out on a potential top 10(ish) draftee if the bid for Dean doesn't come before our pick.
