Nearly everyone I know no matter how high up they are has imposter syndrome. Could be my friends are all a bit NQR though.

I have a theory that everyone is 5% to 10% off normal. Some are more than that but everyone is a little bit NQR in some way.

My wife has moved psych and she was trying to deny that it could have any scientific credibility but she has agreed that anecdotally I'm not wrong. I've assessed everyone I know on my theory and it's absolutely water tight. I may attract it because I'm 25% off though.

IMO I think they are going to try and get early picks this year if they get a nod that NWM will return to Adelaide.

That would have to mean diluting player capital to acquire draft capital.

I thought the word was Butters wanted back to Victoria for a similar reason that NAS might want to. Family. Thought that was a pretty solid rumour. As a free agent Port couldn’t do that much about it. Even a restricted one.

But apparently only wants to go to Geelong or the dogs because he is from Bacchus Marsh.

Bulldogs won’t get a look in, he’ll be off to Geelong on some super suspect deal.

I think Bevo would be a hard sell as well, I wonder if they regret extending him.

Those with bins were still competing and winning the ball. We obviously saw diffferent things. I found NAS largely uncompetitive. I hope is application and engagement is generally at a higher standard. Ideally your highest paid players are also standard setters on the track.

Makes sense, but what do they possibly have that can fetch them additional firsts? Maybe Bergman? He's now signed and injured.

It's all down to Butters IMO. Or they'll have to get incredibly creative. We know two picks won't do it, and three standalones probably isn't enough now either.

Nope same drill. Bibs were not competing, about 5 groups of two. Bibs were there to be the opponent but not compete fully. Was surprised he won one.

The Pelican was such a fraud. Supposedly, he got pissy that the board wouldn't let him trade Roo and Joey and that contributed to him resigning. Have a look at what he turned BJ and Dal into and I couldn't be happier that he left, I'm just sad he wasn't turfed sooner.

Lets not forget Bains here who was brought in before Pelchen and was part of the decision making to get Pelchen. Then was part of the heave ho to get rid of Pelchen so that Bains himself could get involved more on List Management decisions (He was employed original to do the legal side of player contracts). The damage continued, and then on again with the arrival of Lethlean.

Only after Lethlean was removed from the Football Department side of things did we start to get our act in order.

Add to them Trout, and get the Recipe for Disastrous List Management that we had for over a decade.

Realise this is tongue in cheek comment and slightly off topic from this post but they’re literally throwing everything they can to support.

Club has focused on support First Nation Australians, Aunty Amon and the club has incorporated Yawa Room, First Nations family day and mentoring/leadership programs for students as well as students at risk with engagement programs (First Nation communities)

Ryder and a few other of the players used to frequent schools during smoking ceremonies. Not sure if Nas has been involved though.

If Nas leaves I doubt anything that we throw at him will overcome the being close to the family factor, unfortunately.

He is the Colin Robertson of coaches. Colin was an energy vampire in The thing we do in Shadows. Would suck the energy out of anyone he talked to.
