Williamson. Is that Hitler Youth?Power, Dalgleish, Williamson, no hope of “consistent umpiring for both teams”
Unless you count consistently ****ing Freo! Good test leading into finals.

I have Pav as the clear one, Fyfe then Mundy… the obvious top 3 in that order.A second greatest is an interesting call; he may not have had the length of career and tenure of Pav and Mundy but i will take his peak over them and any other player league wide from his era.

By my reckoning they are missing 8-10 of their first choice players. Rain or no rain, bogey team or not we should really be belting them. I think it will play out similarly to the Port game which we won by 50.I haven’t been following the build up to this game, but Curnow and Cerra out surely leaves them zero chance.. right?
Forgotten the Melbourne game? With their outs we couldn't loseBy my reckoning they are missing 8-10 of their first choice players. Rain or no rain, bogey team or not we should really be belting them. I think it will play out similarly to the Port game which we won by 50.

I wouldn't say it's been super steady, we played fairly poorly against North and Saints, but we got the results we needed. Our form has been very steady since that diabolical Saints game.
It does feel like the Derby again, zero stress. I feel like we are due to put it all together for a whole game.Carlton are in trouble here.
The boys have the look of a lion on the Savannah stalking its prey...Freo will choose violence on Sunday.
I'm a true believer now. no more bad thoughts.Forgotten the Melbourne game? With their outs we couldn't lose![]()
Please let the first half be like this one for once

Not according to their game day forum which has them taller than us.Think we are too tall for the conditions. Blues have a mosquito fleet.
I know what you're saying about Fyfe and his ball winning. But, the observation to be valid must be qualified:Fyfe in his prime was not only my favourite Docker ever but also the best in my view.
Pav of course could be argued easily and was obviously a better kick.
The thing about Nat Fyfe was his pure unadulterated ball winning ability, better than Dusty or Danger.
Great memories of watching him with my daughters, Fyfe vs two opposition opponents and us all saying, “watch this, they dont stand a chance” and then chuckle with awe as he extracted and won yet another contested ball. We would literally laugh out loud with joy.
The absolute best ones were when it was three on one and they actually theoretically had a chance…and he would still win it.
Poor old Lachy Neale getting rag dolled by the champ in the goal square. Hilarious.
Pav was great but its Nat Fyfe for mine. Just do much joy, a true champ.
