Do you personally know him or something?Let's see if they actually make the 8 first. Either way he's a nut.
That's just lowering the weight.When you’re winning flags it’s called “eccentric”….
He's not aggressive enough keeping our own players. Thinks because someone loves the club he can just leave them until last and they'll accept the dregs.Austin isn’t aggressive enough chasing players from other clubs to fill our needs. Really disappointing.
Ed Richards is absolutely the type of player we don't have. He is the Epitome of what we need.He and Ed Richards are exactly the sort of players we need desperately at Carlton. In a big way.

Not to mention a well drilled team around him, who all clearly know their roles, running in support, providing blocks and spreading to where they need to be - 'functional' you might say...I Reckon you’re right. He looks great when he’s flying from half back to half forward but I think someone will have have to pay thru the nose to get him outta there.
Yep I would. Out acres. In WilsonDo we go after a disgruntled Darcy Wilson for a 2nd rounder?
Do not want. Can't plan for traffic well enough.Ed Richards is absolutely the type of player we don't have. He is the Epitome of what we need.
He's pretty damn good at playing in it thoughDo not want. Can't plan for traffic well enough.
Hardwick has absolutely changed that team. Unlike Voss he has hardened them up, unsociable, they are getting the Tigers vibe about them, where they went from nice guys to pricks. Even Rowell interviews like a prick now where he used to be a wide eyed lovely guy.Gotta question anyone who'd want to play for MAGA Hardwick
This is delusional at best. There is such a thing as the long game. If things go along the line of some rumours, we build through the draft this year, more of the same next year, but somewhat compromised by matching Cody Walker. The cap space gained is largely banked for two years to target Rowell when he is a free agent at the end of his next contract. Gold Coast’s salary cap will be stretched dramatically at that point, so “matching” Will be difficult. If Rowell has maintained his “commitment” to return to play at Carlton, it is a very viable prospect as Hewett enters decline and the likes of Smith, Walker and Camporeale B. are ready to absolutely step up.
Do we go after a disgruntled Darcy Wilson for a 2nd rounder?
It is optomistic and looking for potential avenues to improvement. This is delusional at best.
The positive aspect of Austin contracting our most expensive players on longer contracts is we can trade them to other clubs without losing compensation. It is optomistic and looking for potential avenues to improvement.
I am so over supposed “supporters”, posters who exist and thrive when there is opportunity to sling mud(or worse). We have challenges and frustrations. I like to think there are opportunities. We will be years “balancing” the list for modern footy given the limited draft picks and the lack of apparent expendable draft collateral. There is a world where we would be better off taking a step back to add what we are missing by “cashing” in some players who have questions over their motivations and future.
Has he ever had an club admin role?FFS - we missed out on Pavlich again!

CARLTON is set to extend veteran defender Nick Haynes' career into a 15th season next year, as the club weighs up a new-look backline heading into 2026.
Haynes joined the Blues on a one-year deal without a trigger for a second season late last year, in what many believed would be the 33-year-old's final season in the AFL.
Guzintigh.I'd be keeping an eye on Brissy too. Especially if Ah Chee goes
Gonna be the biggest we’ve ever had.Can see this as the most disappointing trade/draft period. My worst fear is stagnation. Give me hope coz it’s all I have left after another season of SFA.
