Moderators will intervene for a couple of reasons.

1. If a thread is threatening to be derailed because of a post.

None of this draws a conclusion as to the accuracy or otherwise of the original post.

There is no need to further speculate. What will be will be.

Also, you need to remember that this thread like all parts of this forum is bound by the rules of poster conduct. If you want to express skepticism towards a rumour that's fine, but having a crack at posters who are contributors to this forum is simply not on and will be acted upon.

Agreed, my only issue is, what do we actually want as a board? Do we want the experienced head? Or do we want fresh blood?

To me that is the most tantalizing question because simply put, no one has a clue right now.

With a young team, I want a modern coach. Not convinced with Longmire. Something doesn't feel right. Especially with a young rebuilding team.

I was all in on the Longmire train initially, I'm still somewhat there right now, but the idea of a fresh new coach does intrigue me I must say as to what they can bring to the game.

Driving out to that shit hole at the back of Dandenong and hitting the Monash freeway everyday in current day peak hr has got to be a stuff that type of moment! Even without an incident or breakdown it is ****ed.

Melb traffic is ****ed currently and i am a tradie on the road at 5am traveling all over the place and no matter what freeway you are on it is ****ed.

Haven't forgotten, Cerra just doesn't move the needle on games, sure he has patches when he looks good but he drifts in and drifts out. But my whole point goes back to list management, why give him a long term extension and then tell others like JSOS everything on hold due to TDK?

Because Cerra is just a better footballer, proven over their respective careers so far. You may not like that answer and disagree but it’s fact

That would be a poor decision ideal time is now to replace the coaching group & Lloyd and refresh the list, pointless wasting for a further year, highly unlikely Voss will be there next year.

That would be an incredibly poor decision. Game plan is shit and the players have checked out (some permanently).
