There is no worst way to win a game, that is hilarious.3 in a row in the worst way possible.
Fans should not have heart attacks
I agree with this Stav but he’ll learn.
I’m actually rather bullish on his ability and potential to make it down back.
No other reason than the eye test and the vibe.
Hopefully they persist with him like they have and aren’t tempted to swing him forward to cover injuries (would prefer Tauru for a spell)
More love for the box.
Stab that was seriously up there with the worst free kick I’ve seen all year and that is saying something. He tapped Lynch’s hip side on. And lynch went flying.
Settle.Sure, but he’s learning on the job, against seasoned guns of the game, who are usually stronger, and of late, taller.
He’s like an apprentice tradesman, who’s being given the most important jobs! (Last week Larkey, this week Lynch, etc).
He hasn’t even done a preseason down back.

So Richmond had no say in it? Flooded all game. It was a poor game, Lyon said it was one of the top 5 worst he has been involved in, but we won, 3 in a row on Steele's 200th and people are crying.Maybe a few want to see us playing good footy and aren't seduced by limping home against shit opposition while we look ordinary.
Yes we played a good final quarter against the Dees, but were shit for 3 quarters before that.
Most neutrals would agree we were very ordinary today. It's ok for supporters to not be happy about that.

yep he can still be nominated, just can't win it (not that he would have)Is he ineligible due to VFL suspension?
well looking like an under 10s side while winning is a worse wayThere is no worst way to win a game, that is hilarious.

It is the funniest thing I have read on here for a while.
There are some miserable bastards on here who are never happy![]()
If we had half a key forward (Owens) we win that game by 5+ goals.well looking like an under 10s side while winning is a worse way
Once we’re no longer as young as we are now and are more competitive without having to play with a very defensive game-plan, life should become much much easier for him.I just want cooper to play with another bigger, better forward than him. Could kick 50 as a back up imo.

Richmond were absolute giants at both ends.
Tauru is starting to give off real Tom Barass vibes. Already a handful, once his body fills in, he is going to be unplayable. If we can pair him with another intercept defender (Aleer, Caminiti?) get Howard back or ideally a replacement to go with the gorillas we could be looking real good down there.
Maybe if we had another genuine forward and not a career third string ruck in Heath that people were claiming was the reason to rip up any deal with TDK a week ago.Maybe we could hit a free target inside 50.

)By doing it right you mean by proving my point? Has been a shit year and you lot can't even take a little joy in 3 wins on the trott.Wow, what a victory. Just a huge moment for our club and supporters...the skills, the endeavour, the will to persevere, this is what makes you proud to believe in what is being done by Ross & co. These guys are just amazing, everything the players and coaches do is just a spectacle of joy. They can do no wrong. Our recent victories are proof that all is well at St.Kilda and nothing needs to change or be scrutinised at all.
So very proud.
(Am I doing it right Joff?)
You think every team will flood for four qtrs do you? There was a 10 minute or so period 5 mins in the 1st quarter where we played pretty good footy. Otherwise a sad watch that doesn't inspire much hope for improving next year.
Boxshalls contested marking was a massive positive. He's going to be an exciting player to watch going forward.Ugly game but I'd rather win then lose.
Wilkie is elite. Sinclair a few weeks back to his best after being in a slump. Nas being Nas.
Forward line is a mess. We need to stop bombing it in high when we have zero marking targets. Get King back and keep Marshall, we will be a completely different side next year.
Impressed with Boxshall's marking in the last quarter. Stood up in some big moments. Tauru is a wildcard at times but is coming along nicely. Will be a beast in a few years.
