Has Grego been playing well enough to earn a spot? Sounds like he had a blinder earlier in the season and then dropped his bundle.

Well to be fair he was BOG playing midfield for us in the game against Subi when Kelly first got dropped.

Instead it was Kelly that came straight back into the side despite the inferior performance and then Grego was shunted back into defence a few weeks later.

Along with Gross and Allan another example of poor player development this year.

Doesn’t feel at all like he’s dropped his bundle. Has been shunted into the backline since early in the year so he’s not racking up midfielder stats.

Yeah, named on the field, so unlikely to be an emergency.

We know Newton is in, and it's highly unlikely that Chesser or Brockman go out, so thats three of the bench. With Shanahan the only tall forward named on the ground, you'd think one of the Williamses would have to be in (and not as sub) making four.
