Even with 17 on the groundCrows by 81 points

You must be suffocating from all the nitrogen on Pluto. This is not a big minor round game. The big game comes next week: that's the important one we can't drop, especially when we lose today.Biggest minor round game since 2016 vs Eagles
Hopefully a different result

They've had a month to respond and havent.I have picked Collingwood tonight. I think they will respond and tighten the screws.

It's a must-win game: ergo big. Just the kind of game we could stuff up, as WC showed.A game against North isn't big
Tonight is far biggerIt's a must-win game: ergo big. Just the kind of game we could stuff up, as WC showed.

What makes people think they'll do it tonight??
That’s why we bought the man backTonight is far bigger

Brisbane maybe, but their best has been electrifying still.I think Brisbane and Collingwood have been prepping for finals since about Round 10. They know what's required.
I certainly hope I'm wrong. If we win, it's the biggest gorilla off the back, and it's all eyes on getting a spot in the big one.
Taylor Walk....... oh, you mean the other guyThat’s why we bought the man back![]()

They've got Melbourne next week, they still dont really need to respond just yet. They haven’t really needed to respond until now. And we don’t really need to win. We dropped our last 2 in 2017 when we had top 2 stitched up, Pies could just have been in a flat patch and they could afford to be. Can’t afford to be flat from here on in though. I’m confident they’ll be a fair bit better tonight than they have the last few rounds.

They'll be pretty happy with a top 4 spot, travel doesnt daunt them like it might some others.
Taylor Walk....... oh, you mean the other guy
I dont they'll think its the same thing, but I dont think they'll be daunted by the possibility of coming back here. You seriously reckon they see top 2 and 3rd or 4th as the same thing? You’re not that stupid.
I do. I think its a stupid decision made even more stupid by the highly likely possibility he will (should) be delistedI dont mind throwing Harry to the wolves tonight.
Chuck him in early and dont stuff him around as the sub. Sink or swim.
Depends what Harry we get. Im willing to write off last year and half of this one, recovering from an Achilles is tough.I do. I think its a stupid decision made even more stupid by the highly likely possibility he will (should) be delisted
I said in my opening post the selections wont change the result - because I genuinely believe we can carry 1 or 2
But not the 2 stoobs picks
Id have hoped we put the complacency out the window after last week. Not sure what to make of this game, on form and confidence you’d think Adelaide should win comfortably but there’s part of me that worries about complacency and another that thinks Collingwood may get absolutely smashed.
Yes good point... he has never been up to it.Your wording implies you're upset at the Smith selection.
Because I do not know when Murphy was ever up to scratch.
you do mean Murphy right? right?
Geeze mate, now you have shamed me...if I don't get up at 2:30 a.m., then GreyCrow and feenix67 will make fun of me, call me soft and ask that I be muted for a month.Biggest game since 2017. Big enough that I'll drag myself out of bed at 2.30am local time to watch it live.
On form this should be a comfortable win. But this has that mythical "Collingwood win with their backs to the wall" written all over it. They've been able to get up for games like this for years.
In contrast, we've been susceptible to the kind of manic pressure we assume they're going to bring. Maybe they will, maybe they can't any more. I suspect we'll know within 5 minutes.
Really hope this can be a statement win for the ages but I fear the Pies, on their last roll of the dice, will live to fight another day and we'll have to save the drought breaking win for a final.
