Nope. You can take "er" easy, mate, if you want.

10 years of losses to those campaigners, over.
A close win, even better.
We're top and likely to be Minor Premiers.

Mate, we've been in the Finals WILDERNESS for 8 years and I gonna wallow while the wallowing's good.
Mighta been referring to the Glayva ..... potent stuff

Great:
Woz, Keane, Bond outstanding - think Elliott’s 2 goals came when Hugh was off the ground?
Milera is showing everyone how good he can be.
Everyone had a ‘moment’, that’s what good sides do.
Cumming was very good
Soligo and ANB struggled but as good players do, stepped up with the game on the line
Crowd

Not so great:
Quite a few players had down nights, thought Thilthorpe, Curtin, ROB, Berry and a handful of others were well below their best.
3 of the 4 field umpires plus the boundary umpire whose short throw helped Peatling’s goal

The putrid:
Garry Lyon
Jacob Mollison
Port
Footy Express home, wear some deodorant people

I blame him for my loss of voice.
We watched the first half in the BA first lounge at Heathrow. Hubby chose the quiet section. We were watching kayo (using vpn) and I don’t know how many times in that first half I had to get up and walk away! Bloody Nora, the umpiring was so bad!

I look forward to meeting Collingwood again in round 1 of finals. With a fair break for both teams, I suspect we will pump them.

Collingwood at full strength, us with Rachele and Michalanney to come back in.

We will beat them again.

We don’t need to get a lot of inside 50’s to win. That is a key difference.

Who knows if we'll go all the way, but one thing is for sure - the Vic media are rattled. Hilarious commentary.

Enjoy the moment. That was a big gorilla on our back. It's all in front of us now.

Loved the Fox Footy commentators having a whinge regarding Tilthorpe in the last couple of minutes.

Or

and hear me out but

Did Jaicos just have a bad night?
Do you say this when other players get a job done on them, or only because it’s Murphy? Was Jamie Elliott having a poor night and zero credit goes to Bond? Christ, I don’t even think it’s a praise-worthy performance, but his name is coming up more than any other player in this thread, it’s a bit much.

Great: Colliwobble supporters crying about the umpires after they cop a game against the Crows where the umpires don't suck them off for 4 quarters.
In what way are they complaining?

We copped an absolute bath

I'm gonna make a gif for their q1 display of favouritism. That bullshit was a mindset from a pregame toneset, make no mistake.

The Good: only watched the first half so far, listened to the second. Thrilled that we could drag out a win against an arch nemesis! Currently flying over the Atlantic, sprung the $$$ on WiFi so I could read the match day thread! 🤣. I’m three drinks in to the flight and having the best time! 🤣 food has been excellent.

The great: we won! Guaranteed top 2! Two home finals.

The bad: umpiring in first half. Can’t comment on second half at this stage.

The terrifying: wondering if I get let in to the US! 🤣

This was, in context, surely one of the greatest home-and-away victories in club history. We broke a decade-long hoodoo, emerging from the ashes of a grand final thrashing and our longest period out of finals ever, to seal a top-2 finish and break a psychological barrier heading into September. That's hard to top for a minor round game.

Jack Riewoldt talking up Thilthorpe pretty big after the game, but all Jay Clark can talk about is "if Collingwood had Bobby Hill..." while ignoring we have Rachele out.
JC just making sure to add in the headline news type stories

Bobbie Hill because of the ongoing off field saga element to his absence

Out of context added in NWM potentially watching and having a decision to make

1-2 other news angles he threw in too I think

Don't play him against North. Just don't select Burgess.
If we rest him which I expect we do then I’m pretty sure we will bring in a tall to still at least maintain structure and not flirt with form in That way too

Id actually have suggested mcandrew if we had him available as then it have allowed us to also in game rest ROB either forward or subbed out (or both)

If we lost Thilthorpe for a final I’d hope we just restructured rather than bringing in burgess but for a planned rest I think they keep structure again regardless of who the tall coming in is
