)He was a pick 3, rising star winner. Jackson now is what we all expected. His value hasn’t risen. When he was out of contract, yep.

You were expecting your future pick to be 18.We gave up pick 13, Future pick 7 and future pick 34 for Jackson, pick 44 & pick 67.
He was also out of contract and full of potential so the price is higher now.
Anyway, all these rumours are just people just putting 1+1 = 4
We're not trading him.
He was a pick 3, rising star winner. Jackson now is what we all expected. His value hasn’t risen.
You are joking right? Why can’t they provide a fair trade?
Freo traded basically 13 and future 1st to Melbourne.
Geelong can trade their pick (currently 17) and a future 1st.
It’s not too dissimilar
Contracted til 29.He was a pick 3, rising star winner. Jackson now is what we all expected. His value hasn’t risen.
Mate I'd go pick 2+3+F1 for himObviously we are no chance but id be considering both richmonds picks for him (obviously hoping for just the 1 pick though)
There is alot more to it then that. His contract is the only thing holding him to fremantle currently. Alot has changed in 12 months, if it were upto him he would be playing football for Geelong next season.I look forward to people overreacting and pretending as if a trade request is likely all because.....Jackson went to Melbourne earlier than the club.
People love to speculate about things that are not there.
Okay danster.Lets say you are correct (which i don't think you are).
That has the starting point of 2025 1st + 2026 1st, then factor in the contract situation.
That means another first or that one of the above has to be a top 3.
This has been discussed at length already. Nothing you’re saying is new informationThere is alot more to it then that. His contract is the only thing holding him to fremantle currently. Alot has changed in 12 months, if it were upto him he would be playing football for Geelong next season.

Contract just means you don’t have to trade him.Lets say you are correct (which i don't think you are).

Joking about what? A pick 3, rising star winner’s value being the same after taking the natural course of development? You are joking right?
Do you have a legitimate source for that? Or is that just your own speculation? There is alot more to it then that. His contract is the only thing holding him to fremantle currently. Alot has changed in 12 months, if it were upto him he would be playing football for Geelong next season.
He's not going to request a trade midseason, it will come once our season is wrapped up. We won't trade him, but that doesn't mean he doesn't want outJackson from all reports is happy playing for Fremantle, and until an official trade request comes in, the best course of action is to assume as such.
I mean each to their own, but for now it all seems like manufactured speculation for the sake of it.He's not going to request a trade midseason, it will come once our season is wrapped up. We won't trade him, but that doesn't mean he doesn't want out
Just what I've heard on the grapevine mate, speculation maybe but when there is smoke there is often fire. I hope for our sake I'm wrongI mean each to their own, but for now it all seems like manufactured speculation for the sake of it.
Just read through the pages of this thread and you’ll find itDo you have a legitimate source for that? Or is that just your own speculation?

Any trade speculation died once Pickett re-signed with Melbourne, which goes to show that Jackson and the chances of him leaving were never all that high to begin with.
I think if anyone genuinely believes his early departure to Victoria last weekend is any indicator of Jackson wanting to leave Fremantle, they've just been spending too much time online, he's had a death in the family.
