I sponsored Setanta for his whole career at Carlton.I bumped into setanta on Bondi beach when I used to live there.
He was an absolute gentleman and probs thought that no one up there knew anything about AFL.
I thanked him for all his efforts whilst at Carlton and even though he was on the GWS list he said he would always be a blue!!
But then again I’m not a leprechaun!!!
No wonder I don’t watch any football show. Bunch of talking heads, all bickering at the same time. A gossip rag is what shows like that are.
If Charlie Curnow does leave for an interstate club, the biggest reason will very likely be to get away from the Melbourne media. Now it’s bordering on harassment.

I once sat next to Setanta O on a flight from Melb to Syd.
I wanted to say hi and chat to him, but his facial expression said 'Don't yer fookin' dare talk to me, ya lil leprechaun!'

Haha pony...Horse...We're in a stronger bargaining position than Sydney were in 2019 when we weren't able to pony up the assets to satisfy the Swans' demands for Papley.
Stay strong Carlton.

That's the only thing I respect her for.Caro has my eternal respect for speaking the truth about * during the supplements saga when most of the media was drinking the Kool Aid.
Carlton view Charlie has virtually untradeable, unless Gulden/Heeney are involved they aren’t even going to discuss it - Jon Ralph on the couch.
Caro on agenda setters, Charlie has some grievances and concerns about the direction of the club and he’s gonna air those issues with the club tomorrow in his exit interview.

Gulden or Butters via Port or no thanks to any Charlie deal. We hold the cards.
Have heard from a close mate of Charlie’s that his relationship with Voss is not ideal.
Vossy barely speaks to him apparently.
And CC’s in the “leadership group” which should be amongst the coaches more often.A mate of mine played under Vossy at Brisbane said the same thing about him. But he was only on the rookie list and Vossy didn’t even know his name.
Surprised he wouldn’t talk to one his best players though.
Curnow leaves for anything less than H.Reid coming back the other way and I'm asking for Austins head.
