So it begins ...

The Carlton Football Club is able to confirm changes to its coaching department, following the conclusion of the 2025 AFL season.
Head of Coaching Performance and Innovation Aaron Greaves and assistant coach Aaron Hamill will depart IKON Park, alongside Development and Talent Manager Tom Lonergan, who has informed the Club he has taken an opportunity elsewhere.

Following today’s announcement, the Blues will now look to revamp their coaching structure ahead of 2026, with further updates to be communicated at the appropriate time.

Clarke survives, the tail wags on...

I dont think he or Russell has necessarily survived.

Both are out of contract so could be announced as part of an announcement for the new coaches who are signing up ("here are our new coaches, and as a result these coaches are departing") OR they have been signed up elsewhere so we're leaving it to be announced by the other club they are going to.

Our defence was arguably the best part of our team this year, at least in the first half of the season anyway.

So it would be astonishing if Russell survived and Hammill didn't. I just dont see it happening. Think it just hasn't happened yet.

Only one forced change?? Hamill and Lonergan resigned as they was still contracted.
Not sure how Hansen and Russell survive. Club is falling apart. Shambles
