Now that our season is over, and news is starting to break - it's time for a fresh thread.

This thread is to discuss all things list management - trades, draft, free agency, delistings and more.
As we are now officially in our off-season, we'll be wanting to keep this thread more strictly on-topic than the previous iterations.

2025 KEY DATES
Free Agency Period: Friday, October 3rd - Friday, October 10th
Trade Period: Monday, October 6th - Wednesday, October 15th
AFL Draft: Wednesday, November 19th - Thursday, November 20th

The only downside was Howie called him Nas Winganeen Milera but it's a hard ask to expect the commentators to get names right

We’re all not sure about the war chest but we suspect it might be linked to all the paper bags SOS brought with him when he crossed over.

I know 4th hand that the trainee receptionist has been complaining as the paper bags have been destroying the office shredder the last week.

If we never win another flag but get JSOS and not lose to Carlton again until he retires, that will just about make it all worth while.

Feel we are still more likely to get Aleer than JSOS and I’m ok with that.

Really really really happy with the mix of youngsters and experience we have put together. A few years ago it was looking quite bleak, but credit to SOS and Allen here.

Plenty of work to be done but overall the direction of the club I’m quite chuffed with.

He's better than Aleer, but older and injury prone. I'm not really keen on either, but would take JSOS as a FA over having to trade for Aleer
