Back off with personal insults mate.

The RBA literally said in 2015 that's "strong" immigration that under-pins house prices and will continue to do so. LOOK IT UP. So you can stick the pointy end of your graph wherever you like
I think the insults will keep coming whilst you keep talking absolute racist drivel.

Immigration dropped by 190,000 in the last 12 months, drop it any lower and services which you rely upon will suffer.

But hey brown people bad.

My data is from the last ABS publication where it went from 739,000 to to 667,000. Its all good now. What a joke.

Sure buddy which is why there's 100 pages on this thread and you keep chiming in. It doesn't take much to swing an election.

**** off idiot.

Your stats are pulled out of your arse. Have a look around and the jobs immigrants are doing, they are doing the shit that your racist protesters can’t do because they’re lazy gronks.

They get on with it and when they dare buy a house without carrying on your white trash mouth breathers condemn them for stealing our homes.

Honestly, just **** off and stop with stuff you don’t understand. You’re a racist campaigner and add **** all to our democracy.

You're including over 200,000 temporary students in your figure, but you knew that, didn't you?

Facts you don't like isn't racism.

There is a real conversation and discussion to be had around what is best for the country in terms of immigration numbers and how it impacts the economy.

However, if the main concern of this protest was housing affordability and cost of living for middle/working class people, where are the signs talking about tax reform, funding of public education, rental assistance or any number of other key issues that could support the average Australian.

It’s very transparent what this is actually about. If you choose to align yourself with a racially driven movement then don’t complain if people don’t take kindly to it.

You need only go to the doctor to understand why cutting immigration is not the answer. If we don't have the people to fill the roles we need, we either need to educate them or import them. If we import them, they need a place to live.

Immigration is such a lazy response. Look at WHY we bring people into the country and deal with those issues. Solve that and everything else falls into place.

Fair enough..setting aside the ethics of taking away doctors trained by other nations, how many of the 660,000 in 2023 do you think were trained for those roles that we need? Secondly with 660,000 immigrants in one year are they not going to demand those same services?

Its like a cat chasing its tail, and leads to nowhere.

This is certainly a task we need to outsource to South Asia, I thought Fawad Ahmed would be the first in a long line.
No, it isn't. We're historically excellent at producing leggies; legspin has been, for the entirety of history, the hardest craft to bowl to a high standard and Australia has zero need to outsource our development of them to anyone else as we have in our history more leggies of quality than literally everyone else.

Lindwall. Grimmett. Benaut. Warne. MacGill. King.

We've had two to three blokes in there who redefined what it meant to be a wristspinner at the top level with their careers.

You're older than I am, you should know this!

Racism is the narrative being pushed to deflect the legitimate concerns that are caused by record immigration by those who stand to benefit from it.

Do you seriously think politicians that stupid? Liberals have promoted immigration as well. It’s done because it’s an economic necessity. You not getting your head around that is probably why your intelligence is where it is.

Stories now appearing about what was actually said at the rallies. And as expected they mask of “they’re just against the number of migrants arriving and its effect on housing and cost of living bro” were proven to be completely false:

So are the protests about culture, or are they about economic issues?

You yourself have made posts saying how Australian culture is being “eroded”, while in the same thread trying to argue that this protest has nothing to do with where the immigrants are coming from, and simply the volume.

Are you saying that if the government turned around tomorrow and said we are putting a cap on immigration, but that the country of origin of those immigrants would be evenly distributed, you would be happy and no longer feel the need for a “March for Australia” rally?

Yes I seriously think politicins are stupid, and worse many are corrupt and do the bidding of their backers: the Libs with the property industry and Labor with the corrupt and criminal building and constructioin unions.

Its a failing economic policy that has led us toa per capita recession- the GDP pie is bigger but your slice of it is smaller.

You're being lied to and you're too ****ing stupid to see it.

There are elements of both.

It would make sense that governments choose immigrants that match the skills that are in demand locally and who are also most capable of assimiliating. Why would the government choose to do otherwise?
