I know we have the benefit of slow motion after the fact but both umpires in a great spot yet both missing a pretty straightforward red card is quite poor. Only thing I can think of is they were hesitant to pay a red card so early on in the game.

What is deemed a red cardable offence? Would be interested to have that clarified.

I think during the commentary they mentioned it was his 3rd yellow card for the season, so that is automatic 2 week suspension (if it was 3rd instance)
Plus whatever other sanctions are determined

Where the umpires w the beard runs from is close to where I was standing and it was clear as day….he just lacked the fortitude to red card him.

I feel like as much as the umpiring has been pretty good across the finals so far in my eyes it's incredibly disappointing to see a clear red missed here

Boycotting the B & F ?? Cmon how about when Mont bloke injured bloke earlier in year with a big bump and got several weeks ?
