Well i got a message from the membership team at Freo saying i needed to update my credit card.
So i followed the link from email. and arrived at Ticketmaster. Hadnt been on that website for such a long time i didnt recall my password.
No issues i thought i click FORGOT PASSWORD
Cool i get email from ticketek to RESET password.
Baack to Ticketek i go to login. hmm it not accepting me logging in as they need a PHONE Number.
Ok click add phone, hmm my country is not on the drop down list for international codes. ...
Ok they seem to indicate i can enter it all in manually after the + symbol
Did that clicked send code... Waited..... waited .... waited.
Hmmmm. back the next day. Repeat all steps as above.
Waited . waited . waited.
another EMail from Freo sayign my Memebership payment is still unsuccesful.
So i write back to them explainign the issue.
Their answer, "use a different EMAIL"
WEll that wont fix the PHONE issue. cant access without a phone account apparentyl
So i sadly responded to the MEMBERSHIP group "As i have no way of verifying my account , i wont be able to pay for my membershio"
No reply. Seems they dont care.
Been a long journey as a member , was an original Quay Club member and now this.
The wonders of modern Technologies have removed my ability to be a member.
