Things like ESPN somehow are. The tab will show up but content doesn't. I had a look when they moved all the ESPN stuff for south America to Disney last year, and again when it started in the US last December.

Not sure why but they seem to have it based on where the account is paid.

Just like the live channels for stuff like the simpsons one is US only. Even with a VPN doest show up.

Actually it works! But only on my phone or android tv, previously I tried the apple tv and it didn't work.

Yeah just ESPN ans ESPN2. I think when I looked at the south American ones last year I saw replays but it didnt play.

I used prime nfl game pass last year - I didn't like it - except for the convenience of going through the prime app - the features were limited unless watching live - DAZN the year before was nothing like the previous 10 years on gamess pass but I'd take it over Prime.

So i am looking to go through DAZN this year - question I can't remember back to two years ago - do you have to have a dazn sub in addition to the game pass one? I am trying to sign up to the game pass but I can't enter my payment details.

Credit where credit is due. CUNZ has lifted their game, geo blocking gone, content easier to access, lag times reduced, better multi device access, concurrent sessions etc all ok. I need to check again on game shuttling, delayed start etc this season.

No better than what GamePass had though so I feel we missed out on 3 years of user experience development as they caught up.

I'd expect the AFL to end up on DANZ soon enough, no need for the owners to support multiple platforms to provide the same content.

And if it replaces the clumsy watchafl.com service all the better.

I'd think ESPN just hasn't selected the games yet. 7 mate apparently aren't showing any games other than the Friday game even for week 1, but that isn't right according to the week 1 thread

Its not true. its just they havent been announced yet. 7 will still show 1 early and 1 late game. and ESPN 2 early and 1 late afternoon games with ESPN getting first pick.

ESPN already have Giants/Dallas, Bills/Jets and Eagles/KC in the schedule for week 2

ESPN's deal hasnt changed. just shutting down WatchESPN moved Redzone to Disney+.
Ch7 added TNF in its new 1 year deal

So going forward do I assume Friday game, Monday late game and Tuesday game are all going to be on Disney with RedZone covering the others or will it vary week to week if they have the Friday/Monday late/Tuesday games?

Last year I was able to download games, multiview, watch Redone/Network/Originals, watch in HD on the normal package but this year it seems I have to upgrade for those features! Will test out week 1 and see how it goes but that's shit if true.

Thats the base sub. it wont include the NFL. NFL is a separate subscription on their horrid platform.

Prime video and Youtube also sell gamepass on a month to month for $55 a month

I kind of like having multi screen access, as I tended to watch 3 games simultaneously: Kayo, Channel 7 and DAZN previously.

If I use a VPN , Id be able to access at most 2 screens.

It wont matter. ESPN dont broadcast in 4k outside of american pay tv providers and thats only 1 college game a week.

Disney+ is just another platform showing ESPN Australia but has redzone, so you wont be getting extra NFL games that ESPN are not airing on their channel on Fox/Kayo.
