You can already see their supporters are excited. I probably would too, although i wouldn't be over the moon signing TDK to 1.7m a year or even Silvagni to $700-$800k, i really don't see those players tipping them over the edge, maybe when it comes to their salary cap.

Completely agree but at least it gives them hope for a change. It certainly raises their floor and anything outside of finals next season would be a huge disappointment.

I can see it already, they make a Grand Final, it fails, their salary cap is a mess, they have to force players out, Ross Lyon jumps ship, but will he go to Freo this time??
