The concern is their midfield lacks a bit of star power.**** the Crows are ordinary. No wonder they had so much trouble with us.
Defensively, we exposed a few holes in their back 6/7.

The world misses Clinton Grybas.AFL media is just the worst.
All either pseudo intellectuals or meatheads who think they're smart.
There's a tiny number of ex players who are bearable - Mooney, Montana, Breteton - the rest are for the tip.

So, McLure likes big Cox. Nothing wrong with that is there? He sure did and I sure am
For me its more a question of whether North can provide the scaffolding in terms of list needs and favourable tactics to make Sheeze and Kerch shine in the way those players do.Dear God. How good are N. Daicos and Pendlebury? I can see Harry measuring up to Pendles. Can Colby approach Daicos’ level? Time will tell.

The Crows may have been found out , Seems that Collingwood noticed what worked for us in rd 24 in that we basically went to work on their key backs and stopped them from marking the ball . The reason we used Corr as a defensive KPF is the same reason the brought in Cox and that was to bring the ball to ground & both times it worked a treat .Well done to the pies they deserved the win, the crows, you can say many things but in the end they completely froze and again Mathew Nicks was to slow in making moves, he was outcoached again in a big match, even in that last quarter when streaming forward the crows kept on taking the wrong option it was absolutely incredible, the fact they played this bad and didn't get beat by that much was shake of the head stuff.
Now to the Pies, After halftime their pressure was outstanding and the one part of the game that rattled the crows was their tackling and it worked to a tee. Make no mistake the only team that deserved the victory was the pies, the attacking flair of the crows was pulled apart, not allowed to operate at normal efficiency and the win was well deserved.
The crows can still make it but they need a mental change, to many players in that crows line up that not only played bad but the skills were horrible and a big part of that was the Collingwood pressure, when you think about the way we nearly beat them it was the same sought of pressure and one last thing that I noticed was the crows must bring back Sid Draper and give him some time in the middle because when plan A doesn't work they do not have a plan B.
They got murdered in the middle, so much so they had to throw Rory Laird in there and he hasn't played in there for a long time, after seeing that, any side that has a run and gets their bum up can take out this premiership, its so wide open its not funny.![]()
