Diversity done right isn't about giving it to someone that's not qualified, it's about identifying that preconceived notions about who could be qualified is limiting, and you should consider all candidates and what they may bring.What gets me with this diversity nonsense is that you as the person getting employed. How do you live with yourself that you've been given a job as the 100th best option, a fraud?
