I always wear a watch. Analogue. We have two analogue wall clocks and a digital clock radio. They all beat searching for a phone.

When I got sick when I was young it was, "Meh. I'll be fine". These days when I get sick it's like, "I wonder what I'm dying of".

Touch wood of course but my wife cracks it that when I get sick it's nearly always mild, she gets the same thing and is in bed for a week. "Sucks to be you" makes her crack it more it seems.

Dangerous game you're playing there.

In our house the kids are usually down for 24-36 hours and then the parents get sick for 10+ days before the cycle continues.

Nature made pregnancy painful for women so they would understand what manflu feels like

In Charles Barkley's book during the birth of his daughter his wife was in some discomfort, he told her it can't be that painful, he'd played a whole half with a sprained ankle and that shit hurt!

I told my boss that I'll be retiring next July, I'll be 58.

Makes me feel old but also makes me feel bloody good!
I'm 57 and retiring at the end of this year.

Was muttering to myself about all the oldies blocking the aisles in Woolies. Saw a sign that it was 'quiet hour'. I scoffed to myself - more like slow hour! Then I had a seniors moment in the car park. Reversed into a pole. Oops.

I heard some young people at work talk about we all have to come to terms we won't live forever.

You used to have to either hire shows from the videoshop or buy seris from the shops.

Or cheap it out.

There was another one too, I still owe them money. Thing that make me feel old is I can't for the life of me remember their name.
