This mongrel was on bail for indecently dealing with a child.
He then r*ped a "shy and timid" 13 year-old who became pregnant, and had to have an abortion.

At sentencing, the judge tells him; "You really have no remorse, and no insight into your offending."

Then she sentences him to six years and eight months - with parole in 2028.

He committed multiple rapes in the early 90's. It vaguely refers to improvements in forensic technology as being responsible. Technology changes the rules.
