Personally prefer we rest players so that they can be fresh for the legendary Round 0 next year.

Who cares about a measly Prelim and GF , round 0 is where drastic overreactions are made, the place you really want to be.

Yeah well sometimes you need luck. Geelong not having a single ****n injury for 2 months and playing Richmond twice in the last 8 weeks was their share of it

Would rather we bring in McStay than play an out of form and playing hurt Mihocek

If he doesn’t perform in the Prelim, then you have the option to bring Checkers in for the Grand Final if we get through

Even in a poor game against the Crows, Checkers still had five scoring shots. I doubt McStay has managed that many in any game he has played since moving across to us.

The idea of our tall forward posts being filled by McStay, Cox and Membrey gives me shivers. We're not going to get another seven goal haul from Jamie and Sidey in the Prelim. Checkers is a proven 2-4 goal performer. We need him playing.
