Hugely injury prone, buggered Achilles (and was never quick to begin with) and just not very good. Bizarre.

Maybe him standing on Caleb Daniel's shoulders is the answer to their KPD issues.

Yikes, I wouldn't have thought they would need to offer that long. He'll at least have some decent tall forward to kick to at North who know how to lead at the ball. I can't blame him for taking the security with his injury troubles over the last few seasons either.

Yeah felt like he used to cover the ground better before he fully fooked his achilles. Also remember him taking a hanger once.

Wish him the best, North need small forwards but I'm not sure how much he will offer.

To be fair our best 22 still looks exactly the same despite the delistings. We will need bigger shake up if we want to actually improve at all, otherwise it’s just rotating the Casey deck chairs.

that's what I mean, we can easily delist more. Many more. Hell I'd be half keen to delist: Woewodin, Jefferson, Laurie and Jack Henderson. Although I guess their contract status might make them unlikely to be traded/delisted.

I couldnt care less if Windhager comes or not. Just highlighting another player using us as a lever to pull more cash freom their club.

Like I said in my previous post, one of his best assets is his kicking inside 50. If he can get some mobility back, his delivery to your forwards should be useful. Even in 2021-22 he was a low possession earner and failed to average a goal a game, so even if he does get back there I wouldn't have super high expectations.

We tend to get smashed by teams with multiple good line breaking defenders (GWS, Cats, Hawks, etc).

Konstanty is the only forward we have who consistently applies pressure to stop those types tearing us to shreds, and unfortunately he can't kick.

I'm hoping that Spargo can regain enough agility to help us with that.

That’s when he is fit.

You could easily argue 4 of those in the ins, if fit, will be in our best 23 next year. None of them stars, but that's more than VFL shuffling, that's a clear upgrade, even though it's not a super exciting one.

Of course, trade period doesn't actually start for a month, so perhaps a little early to be having a tanty.
