I agree I want him gone, ability only takes you so far and I cannot see him ever being more than half committed and being a disruption.

Gone are days of Gary Ablett snr where the cats put up with his antics because he was so good. However, they only started winning flags when he was long gone. He was a disruption to the team effort.

On the outside the cats seems happy to put up with Bailey's distractions because he is good trainer and a gut running player. However, inside the 4 walls they would prefer not to have the distractions.

Club can just flat out delist JUH if they wish

If we're going to do that it needs to be the day after final list lodgements. You just know that if we did it after trade period, he would have multiple training offers from clubs who would sign him after a preseason

While we are still paying him 800k

Any delisting has to = no 2026 footy

Bit extreme to say he’s riding the country unlike much of the workforce on Victoria’s Big Build. It’s just bloody frustrating and very very blatant and I think it causes the most angst that apparently he’s unsackable.

Flip side is he’s not committing any criminal offences that we know about - certainly hasn’t been charged. In all reality he has to be considered in a better standing than Noah Balta, Tarryn Thomas etc…

Just such a f-ing waste.

I don't know Marra personally like Vital seems to, but i think the kid is a bit deluded thinking he can just rock up day 1 of preseason like nothing has happened. I actually think he thinks it will happen but he wont last as he doesn't want to live the life of a professional athlete. If he showed that he wanted to change i am sure everyone at the club would get behind him but this year shows he doesn't want to. Still hanging around gangbangers.
