This isn’t my opinion, I’m uncertain, but the prevailing opinion seems to be it was Ukraine .

That's odd because telegram had images of some of the drones and said they were Russian Geran-2 drones. The pictures in the western press look most like Geran-2 drones, though not all the drone is intact.

Some images off Telegram media of the crashed drones in Poland. They look a lot like Geran/Shahed - while I'd say not exactly, though the style has changed so many times over the last few years it becomes harder to place. The photos might potentially all be of the same 1 drone, I dunno.

I haven't heard anyone yet say any of the drones had a payload. Some of these drones were identified as a type Russia uses as decoys, although those are sometimes known also to carry an explosive as a form of double-bluff.

Geran-2 is the Russian iteration of the Iranian Shahed. Mostly the name change relates to these being produced in Russia from the tech obtained from Iran.

There are two main stories around the flight path of these drones - some say they came from around Bryansk and hugged kind of close to the Belarus-Ukraine border (as did/do the many drones intended for Lviv etc), but others say they came directly across the border from Belarus.

EDIT: Generally it seems to be claimed these images are not of Shahed/Geran but instead of Gerbera drones, which began as cheaper versions of the Shahed/Geran, initially used as decoys and more recently something with, sometimes without, payloads.

Polish population doesn’t seem impressed with Ukraine, that’s the main thing I learnt from comments on the videos. I’m Australian and a patriot for Australia. I don’t like the way this is headed, and I was right when I predicted the outcome of this shitshow early on in The war. I’m not cheerleading Russia I’m being realistic. Dan Andrews and Bob carr were in China getting happy snaps with the boys last week - what’s going on there?

NATO AWACS would have tracked the drones flight path. Any suggestion that they are Ukrainian drones is real loony tunes stuff, up there with faked moon landings, flat earth and Trump's birthday card for Epstein being faked by the democrats 20 years ago.

Seems maybe a Lukoil facility in Smolensk was struck just recently. Russians reported up to 150 Ukrainian drones flying towards Smolensk (maybe multiple directions including Smolensk).

I don't remember such a number of drones from Ukraine being reached before.

If russia hadn't illegally invaded Ukraine we wouldn't be in the position we are now with over 1 million russian soldiers dead, and thousands of innocent Ukrainian cilvilians.
This was is all about little legs putin ego and he suffers from little man syndrome.
