There's no better rivalry in the comp, and - I'd argue - very few better rivalries in world sport.

Not a single thing I say has any bearing whatsoever on the fortunes of the team.

We are the best team in it and if we play anywhere near our best we will lift the cup.

If we don't play at our best we may lose, that's football but I'm going to choose to enjoy the next two weeks not bury my head in the sand hoping it ends well

Does she have a theory as to why all modern "comedic" ads are so consistently cringe and unfunny? It's bizarre how it's a universal truism that applies to all ads. I genuinely don't get it. These are professional writers who presumably run their work past focus groups and have a logic behind why they choose certain lines over others. The advertising firms could easily hire professional comedians if they wanted. Yet the ads are never remotely amusing. I don't get it.

He's a clever player and Mitchell/Hawthorn utilize him well. He can be a handful, I reckon we can nullify him though, especially with O'Sullivan roaming around back there to support Henry.

As for the Crows; we steamrolled them at Adelaide Oval earlier this year; they looked well and truly broken that evening. I dunno what their record is against top 8 sides but their Finals campaign never got going after the Rankine thing (and reportedly a virus sweeping through the club too).
Sucks for them to be out in straight sets after being the minor premier - apparently the first time that's happened in 40 years??
