Weird how Weddle has forgotten how to kick for goal since his injury, he was really dependable prior. I suspect it's just touch, he could have kicked 5-6 tonight.

Newk BOG again. Battle, Gunner, Ward, Scrim, Sicily and Dimma outstanding. Butler, Moore, Wiz and Weddle had strong games as well.

Play like that and we are a massive chance. Will need to shut down Mr Sniff and Holmes but we have the guys to do it.

Cannot wait til next Friday.

Give thema taste of their own medicine send Butler to Smith or Holmes and get stuck into Mullin and O Connor from the 1st bounce. Make them nervous about trying to neutralise our guns. Take them away from what they want to do all night.

I’m still skeptical whether we can go all the way without Day but they’ve definitely proven me wrong so far. Phenomenal, consistent performance today, but next week will be a far tougher challenge. Adelaide’s midfield is very average and we controlled the clearances all day.

The team has matured so much just in a few weeks and whatever happens from here on it’ll be massive leading into 2026.

Two interstate wins and now back to the home of footy. 2 wins to go for #14 - Go Hawks!!!

Geelongs isn't great either they make up for it with effort and pressure consistently. If we keep Smith and Holmes reasonably subdued there isn't that much depth behind them to carry the load. Atkins and Bowes mainly.
