Watching BHH, Ramsden hasn't made a great case for himself. Barely got near it.

Reeves won the ruck as he should against a guy who looked about a foot shorter

Frenchie had a bit of it but wouldn't say influential

HH was probably our best along with BMac did some solid things

I don't understand how he's not in the conversation to replace CJ

Who BMAC or HH?

Lewis stays in , he has played well against cats in the past. But, gotta do more though, don't think he raised a sweat. Mack should come in for mine if Ginni is too risky.

Although I am a Ramsden fan, I would retain Lewis for structure - too big an ask to bring him in for a prelim. Too much of a risk he will get in the way.

We could consider McKenzie as a straight swap for Jiath on the wing, or Bailey Mc to let Amon or Impey go to wing. McKenzie lacks awareness of risk, but delivers well be foot. Bailey is quick and brave but a bit frost/CJ like of not knowing what to do next.

IT was starting to click a bit for Lewis in the second quarter.

The sub out at half time was clearly pre-planned even though he was also one of the least impactful players on the ground.

I reckon we keep him in for Geelong. We need those outlet targets

It's also at the MCG. Lewis looked much more competitive in his games against Carlton and Melbourne, and that was early on in his return. His three interstate games (Brisbane, GWS and Crows) are when he's looked the most lost. Knows this ground a lot better to find space etc. For structure will still be important.
