I thought Neale was out for the next few weeks regardless. This is our midfield and boy have they made it work.
Unless we have a couple of drawn grand finals

Neale is subbed in in the third period of extra time, WWE style.
Was thinking this after hearing about Lachie being out. I didnt think it was that big of a deal (towards our teams capabilities and being able to go all the way. A big deal and shattered for him in terms of possibly missing a GF). As hard as it is to accept. I think Bailey and Rayner getting more opportunity in there benefits us more than Lachie being in there, and I think we should be looking at where else we could play him next season. Just like Zorko and his time towards the end of his career. Is our midfield better without Lachie in the year 2025?

Bailey seemed to pop up everywhere and some of those kicks in traffic was elite. Was thinking this after hearing about Lachie being out. I have been frustrated with Bailey the last couple of weeks. 3 goals was a good return but his tackling, decision making and desperation has let him down somewhat. He has also been the weak link in a few impressive ball movement chains. There is terrific upside to look forward to when he puts it all together.Bailey seemed to pop up everywhere and some of those kicks in traffic was elite.
Not afraid to pin point a pass
Gone next level
Great game
I may of mentioned this last night, how good was kick to kick.
And how dewy was it
The grass was wet but absolutely perfect.
I'm proud to be a supporter no matter what happens every single year.Dunks is a machine.
Magnificent player.
Harris outstanding and Gardiner fought back really well after copping an early bath from King
Ty Gallop......just about the mark and goal of the year and Sam Marshall looks all class.
I think making a Pelim is a pass mark considering the injuries and the brutal draw we've had in 2025.
Making the GF would be an outperform and actually winning the Flag would be one of the all time great achievements.
Win or lose next Saturday. I'm proud of this team and proud to be a Lions supporter
He'll be right to go start of 2026Well might be a moot point if Hippy is out for most of next year anyway. No idea his return timeline but anything with ACL in it is never good.

Think the big thing out of tonight was Berry's confidence. Popping up at both ends again.
On occasions I thought what is Starc doing up forward? We have to accept that Zac makes some bloopers much like when Cam is very quiet, done nothing .....then
whammo! up they pop with their magical bits of play that is the icing on the cake for the brilliance that makes this team
so great.
Frustrating at times I admit, but they make up for it tenfold.
(p.s......I want Kai to grow his flowing locks back. I hardly saw him all night, he blended in with the others too much)
Big O was great, as was Fort. They take a body away from Morris and I thought that also showed in Gallop’s performance.
A little thing after Bailey's goal he pushed someone and Ty stood between him and Sun's defender trying to get to Bailey - he was like a rock.Absolutely both worthy winners the pair of them but gee I hope Harris Andrews gets it.. What a fricken playerHugh has obviously had a ripper year, but god it would be fitting for Dunkley to win the B&F
Because we won does that mean Fagan coached brilliantly and outcoached Dimma?
Yes in a nutshell.
e.g. He made the crucial move of putting Harris onto King when it was needed, didn't leave it too late.
Just had to show them who Daddy was.
That said, that was the lowest pressure final I have ever seen.
And how many points in a row? Can't get away with that from now on.
