The pre-emptive tackling prior to taking possession is what the umpires should really be penalising rather than the honestly ridiculous hot HTB interpretation that some numpty at AFL HQ thinks is a good idea.

We may need to change our style of play. If we can’t manage to mark uncontested corridors kicks you can’t go corridor like we have.

We should also be holding our opponents and just patting the ball forward until it spills out to our advantage. That’s all Norf are doing. Then they’re killing us with the kicking which is a skill differential. But they’re getting the ball on their terms by holding and just patting it forward.

Off-season, any player who is not improving their disposal and ball-handling needs to be moved on. I've loved the group he have and the heart they've displayed, but we're in danger of being left-behind. Too many tumble handballs, too many fluffed marks and most importantly waaaaaay too much fumbling of the footy.
