If the AFL allow the suns to wear the yellow with royal shorts away I really wish we use the peril with royal shorts in the odd away game. That kit is way too beautiful to not be worn

I’m not saying the AFL don’t allow it but I also don’t think club really bother to push for it cause in the past the clash rules have been quite strict. Seeing more away team actually wearing coloured shorts.

The AFL imposed the clash policy for us against lions after they changed to the paddle pop lion where there was more royal on the jumper but even since reverting we still wear the clash. I think full peril mit v lions will be a million times less clashing that tigers/blues and even blues/pies

I think the main issue is the reason we wear the peril is to avoid a clash with teams with blue. So adding blue shorts doesn’t make a lot of sense.

Current Eagles head is the 2nd best, with the original being the best.

But I appreciate that they use it on Retro gear

Blue shorts would work v Brisbane and Freo

Still need white (or yellow!) shorts v Dogs and North. Though ideally North should be in white shorts.

We should wear peril with blue shorts every year at Home for Dig Deep round.

This. Go back to the 90's Eagle head. Iconic design and was our most succesful era. No brainer.
