Mate - he's probably not the best 17yo at Pascoe Vale, let alone the country. How did Sam Harris miss this selection?
That's pretty fair to WA I reckon.![]()

Nah it's a crock. Foster has had a better season than half of those guys picked. There is 4 guys there from WA that have had a very ordinary season & must have photos. That's pretty fair to WA I reckon.
The only other player who might have been considered is East Fremantle's 190cm forward Benjamin Wood who leads the colts goalkicking as a below ager with 29. Very impressive and nimble mover with a nice kick and some decent forward line smarts.
Harper Banfield (CL) probably not far off either.

Would suggest it will be pretty strong with opportunities to pick some gems well into the 2nd/3rd rounds.how is next years crop shaping up compared to this years draft?
As mentioned above plenty of gems to pick up i'd compared it to the 2024 crop plenty of top talent who will star right away hill, walker jenkins , but again like this year plenty of NGA father sons but with the rules maybe changing it will be a fire sale to trade into the draft imo.how is next years crop shaping up compared to this years draft?
The top handful are seriously exceptional talents. The types that imo clubs will try and sell the farm for to get one similar to that of the Reid, Watson, McKercher draft.how is next years crop shaping up compared to this years draft?

It would also be great to have your view from this draft crop on a top 15/20 by position eg. Ruck, Mid, Wing, KPD, KPF, Fwd (small/flank) and Def (small/flank) from across the nation.
Would be rather amusing for the afl to approve that given it’s only a year out with all the fuss about how compromised the draft is but they’re that hopelessWhat are the chances of Cochrane been approved to Port Adelaide NGA? Surely Port are taking the piss
