There aren't any magic team changes that will make a big difference this week.

Simply down to one word - workrate. If we don't outwork the Saints this week we won't get a look in.

We are the worst tackling side behind the Suns and have the worst disposal efficiency. Not a great combination but tackling is a mindset.

There is a bit of ho hum about our ins.

Would have liked to see something we haven't seen before.
Grieves not on field this week, I'd say she is the out for Egan and Katelyn Cox will be the other in along with beruldsen, that's if Jodie Hicks is dropped. Wicksteed deserves to play this week.

I take absolutely no notice of team line ups, just who is in the 21. Usually if an extended bench is named the outs come out of the extended bench when teams are finalised but I have seen players dropped from within the team on the ground too. Not often but it does happen.

Clubs absolutely take the piss sometimes with no finer example than Shedda being named as our Centre Half Forward all season in 2017 without playing there once.

Final team: Grace Egan and Montana Beruldsen INS -Emelia Yassir (suspended) and Montana McKinnon (ACL) OUTS

With team line up for what it's worth.

Richmond has locked in its final team that will head to RSEA Park on Sunday to play St Kilda.

Grace Egan and Montana Beruldsen both return to the team, replacing Montana McKinnon, who is out for the season after suffering an ACL injury last week and Emelia Yassir, who will serve her one-game suspension.

After passing a test on her adductor soreness during the week, Egan returns for her first appearance since Round 2. She had an impressive performance in her last AFLW game, collecting 16 disposals and five clearances, before being hampered by injury.

It will be Beruldsen’s first senior game since the Dreamtime in Darwin clash with Essendon in Round 3.

Bec Miller, Gabby Seymour, Beth Lynch, Ellie McKenzie and Libby Graham have been named in the backline.

Ally Dallaway and Maddie Shevlin take positions on the wing, with Isabel Bacon through the centre. Ruck Poppy Kelly will be supported by her rovers, Monique Conti and Egan.

Paige Scott, Mackenzie Ford, Sarah Hosking, Katie Brennan and Caitlin Greiser take their spots in the forward line.

The bench is made up of Beruldsen, Jodie Hicks, Kate Dempsey, Laura McClelland and Sierra Grieves.

The emergencies are Lulu Beatty, Charli Wicksteed and Katelyn Cox.

The Tigers take on the Saints this Sunday from 3.05pm at RSEA Park.

Bit of a stretch describing it as impressive. She would certainly want to do better than the 43.8% DE and the 30cm panic handballs in traffic.

Still hope she makes me eat my words.

Anyone else think we’re a sneaky chance

Definitely. It’s StKilda and while they’ve shown improvement this year it’s still been an up and down season for them.

Up last week so they are due for a down this week.

Mind you would be nice for Jaimee Lambert to not dominate us for the first time in her life.

Is it just me or does the team appear to have gone backwards. In terms of overall playing standards. Of course we have a few who are outstanding, but they can only do so much...
Hope the girls make me eat my words!!
