List balance for the bottom teams is generally ignored as they tend to have holes everywhere. North are only terrible team with good enough midfielders that they could reach for KPPs. Probably Wing or HBF. Harper looks the goods aye, he's probably Wing HFF at the next level.

Charlie is the modern day wing and his aggressive play could be rotated through the midfield.
Harper at worst looks like a tough balanced mid with that aggression that Gross has with a bigger body type.
Both very versatile and good skills, both inherited a good footy IQ.

not sure giving GC approx. 2000 points for a pick thats worth 1600 points or around 1400 after discount is such a good idea. thats essentially giving them an extra 2nd round pick for nothing. Pretty sure that pick 19 will end up at Brisbane for Starcevich anyway.
