Just needs some more work with a decent midfield coach.
Needs to play as a high half forward. Good tackler, great straight line acceleration just not very agile.

Not really. Turned it up for the best of the season against Essendon and suddenly he’s a star. We have too many list cloggers.

Not a gun - yet.
If a small forward cant snap over his shoulder for a goal then they shouldnt be in the forward line... we had Owies, Fogarty and Durdin as close to useless that cant snap over the shoulder for goal
Charlie can snap for goal over his shoulder, so can McKay, so can Zac Williams and so can Motlop.. he is way ahead of Fogarty and Durdin who will be gone next next year so two years for him is the correct decision.

Respectfully, as much as Dudley has surpassed expectations, the fact he played 16 games is indicative of how poor our small/mediums are after the starting group. I actually think Motlop has a bit now that expectations have been tempered, but comparing him to Dudley as a gotcha is telling.
Also they statpadding the hell out of Dudley's height. The day he's 171 is the day we sign him to a 10 year deal.

I thought Motlop signed? Why is it dragging?
Port does need a small forward, but I’m not sure Motlop is the guy.
