Makes disparaging comments targeting the clubs since leaving. Full blown narcissist behaviour has emerged.

Marra, goes through a personal crisis, we believe is mental health, this affects his playing, culminating in a dreadful performance in the EF, gets caught up with the wrong crowd from his boxing gym, is filmed being a bit of a dick, drinking a lot, but not doing anything illegal, gave his car to his mate, because of fear what he would do, (suspected suicidal ideation), has never bagged the club, still likes clubs activities on social media. Has had his car stolen, from said bad associates, but he has not been accused of being involved in any crime. Has had several elders in his community pass away, which appeared to affect him deeply. Has been stood down indefinitely by the club, and training attendance has been spasmodic.

Seriously, in my workplace we have had a number of people who have had to take some time out, because of personal and workplace issues, and our People and Culture team, have to put a return to work plan in place that provides support, including a staggered return to work. Why do we look at AFL differently.

exactly and if we are not going to get something in return, then make him sit on the sidelines again for another year and watch! Im sick of hearing talk back experts saying he could turn his career around with a move to another club, they are not talking at all about the fact that we have been massively screwed over! Again! How manipulative his management has been and how his behaviour is pathetic for a man his age.

Its about time our club showed some balls... keep him on the list, don't give HIM what he and his manager wants and make him either train like a machine and get back into the side or if he cracks the sads like a little immature man sit on the sidelines and watch.

His behaviour has been despicable and in every other employment scenario would be sacked. He's not a little boy, sick of hearing how immature he is. His a bloody adult, who keeps making bad choices and needs to be held accountable for his actions. Take something away from him and see how he likes it, watch a whole season again from the sidelines. Yes you might get paid, but who cares, we are doing that anyway.

The only was we get a half decent pick is to pay the majority of the salary. If we hold him for another year we will still pay the salary and not get even a half decent pick
