Across the bottom of the 2026 guernseys? sure, I can get behind that!I'll only get on board if he puts "P.S. DODORO ISN'T COMING BACK" at the bottom. Has to be in caps.

Like seriously, you can argue his methods, you can argue he's past the times and all, but if you honestly think he's a **** coach given his record before us, then you're not just wrong, you're idiotically wrong.Yup, bc he’s a shit coach

proudest ive felt as a Dons fan for some time when I heard that. Time for everyone to get on board and stop with the bullshit self interest.Past player sent a email telling other past players to pull their heads in and start supporting the club
Think it was about past players especially.Said all the right things but the one comment about bringing people back better not be about Dodoro
Treated so poorly he got half a million pay outSaid all the right things but the one comment about bringing people back better not be about Dodoro
The club is already on the rebuild path, he was just being careful not say that he's going to start again.Spoke very well, except the stuff about it not being a rebuild.
doors open for players like Orazio Fantasia to James Hird and even Zac Merrett. Welcome all these people back to the club to galvanise with strength in numbersThink it was about past players especially.
Interesting to see how happy Bellchambers was about the appointment. Wonder if it’s similar for a few of the other players too.

Someone over on blitz talked about it earlier before the show. They said it was Solomon. No reason to doubt it given they mentioned this hours before Hird spoke of it.Would love to know who sent the email, but it’s absolutely the right message and a great step forward.
At the end of the day, the whole “new Essendon” vs “old Essendon” divide is only going to keep festering if the powers that be allow it. If Welsh’s background can be the uniting force that either fixes it permanently, or at least brings it back under control, then that alone would be a brilliant achievement.
The real proof will be in the pudding as to whether he can pull it off, but it already feels like he has more genuine support behind him than Barham, Brasher, Tanner and others ever did — and that in itself is a big win.
Would think either Lloyd or Jobe as they bridge the gap across generationsWould love to know who sent the email, but it’s absolutely the right message and a great step forward.
0 chance LloydWould think either Lloyd or Jobe as they bridge the gap across generations

Yes, except hours ago they posted that Solomon contacted all the past players to ask them to get behind Welsh. Well before this segment. Probably actually legit info (in this instance)I mean there's one big reason to doubt it. It's from Blitz.
The problem with 'old essendon' and why it needed to be removed is it placed more value on being an 'old essendon person' than being 'good at your job'.Would love to know who sent the email, but it’s absolutely the right message and a great step forward.

I’m so sick of this club taking shortcuts
How ****ing hard is it to hit the draft hard this year and the next, pick up Bewick when tassie comes in and start to bring in big free agents to compliment all the draft picks from the 5-6 years prior.
