Does speak volumes that I would’ve been sad for Dunkley (despite him being 2-2 in grand finals pregame), but I’m not at all sad for Bailey who is now 0-2.

Just a shocker of a bloke, not sure what happened, he was once a curious, insightful and excited young kid, he’s now a petulant, selfish and childish prick.

Dunkley seems like a top man. Played through significant injuries today to play his usual team first role (very well might I add), and paid credit to the Dogs after the game. All class.

Pretty much the perfect game as a defender, I can’t think of anything he did wrong. Gave away three free kicks but they were mainly professional, slow down the game ones

Kept his opponent to nothing, took a bunch of intercept marks, won every contest, was just an immense performance. The two on one that he was able to halve and get to the boundary line in the last was when it solidified it for me

Living in the Greater Geelong area, I was dreading the possibility of a Cats win, and of course the Geelong trolls on BF, who are so smug and obnoxious. However, I did believe that Scott showed his hand to Brisbane and they would find a way to beat them.
I did wonder if Danger could back up that game again, so soon, that was a monstrous effort and he couldn’t.
Looking through the two teams, Brisbane has talent on every single line, while Geelong has a mixed bag of less talented players, who play their system well.

Pleased to see, Brisbane made Collingwood and Geelong look old and slow.
Smith, is a turnover king, how he came third in the Brownlow, and won the Coach’s award has me beat, enjoyed watching the flog come back to earth with a jolt.

Brisbane deserved to win this, they had the hardest possible fixture, while Geelong, despite making a prelim last year, had the fifth equal easiest fixture, in other words a fixture designed for rebuilding teams so disgusting, they should not have even made the GF. Justice was served.

So nauseating but also very predictable when he went down the Hwy. Smith has proven to be a front runner flying when the going is good. Missing in action if things aren't going his way. His disposal reverted to the mean of his career under heat.

I was so happy to see the Cats humbled on the big stage. That all their shady back room deals didn't buy them the ultimate success.
