Folks, this is the way things are here.

Posters are responsible for what they post. Moderators can not attest to the accuracy or otherwise of any rumour posted.

Moderators will intervene for a couple of reasons.

1. If a thread is threatening to be derailed because of a post.

2. If invested parties request the removal of material.

None of this draws a conclusion as to the accuracy or otherwise of the original post.

There is no need to further speculate. What will be will be.

Also, you need to remember that this thread like all parts of this forum is bound by the rules of poster conduct. If you want to express skepticism towards a rumour that's fine, but having a crack at posters who are contributors to this forum is simply not on and will be acted upon.

The kids still a baby for a KPF at AFL level. The fact you didn't know he was fast would suggest you simply haven't watched enough of him to know what we'd be getting.

He's a natural forward, just needs to build his tank.

Of course he wants Geelong. Family, friends, more relaxed lifestyle.

I fail to see how Geelong satisfy Carlton though. A player worth multiple 1sts and then some who is contracted.

If I’m a betting man, I see his future away from Carlton. Has wanted out for a long time. He certainly will need back up clubs if he is as hell bent as I believe he and his camp to be to walk from Carlton.

Problem is most of trade week will be consumed by a trade to Geelong which won't happen.
Much more sense to nominate a club or clubs he can actually get to.
Geelong have no valuable picks and won't trade any quality players.
