I'm not sure why people have so much confidence in Murray either. He doesn't look anywhere near as good as he did pre-ACL.

Why? It's pretty straight forward, he's from Victoria, there's 10 teams in Victoria, he's an experienced, well performed player in a position that's often in need.

What other chips do we have beside picks? No one would be pushing him out if we weren't trying to bring someone in.

You are on the money here. I admit I was fooled by some games he played this year, however his 2 finals games were not just bad, they were uncompetitive. I personally think it was the single biggest issue we had actually, and the first 5 minutes against Hawthorn was the result.

I would hope we are at least trying to pry Taylor Goad free, but he signed an extension this year. Not freeing up a list spot last year to take Dodson anywhere before pick 55 was terrible list management really.

Yes the camp situation wasn’t the best chapter in their time in Adelaide but don’t leverage that as a narrative that she hates Adelaide and AFC
