they would need to put strict clauses in the contract. And maybe their strong indigineous program will help him stay stable.
Hopefuly for his sake it works out.
If l was the Suns l would rookie him, on a rookie salary, and get him to play and train with the VFL squad. Gauge his behaviour and commitment to his footy over 2 to 3 months and if he's turning a corner, like training every session and playing every game, then maybe reintroduce him to the senior squad.
Its a fine line to taking him in and it works out or this guy destroying the culture and mood of your club...

Has Bobby been a consistent social media presence previously?

I’m not sure why but the recent comments strikes me almost as though he’s trying to convince the club he is locked in and ready to go again.
Or take it on face value. He's sick of these journo's & their constant BS, like we all are.

I'm not sure he should be commenting to the media like he has been, even if he doesn't like whats being said. Its best to ignore, or unfollow those accounts.

Gee that's a steep price.
No it's not. He was on the edge of the AA team this year. $500,000 is the average wage and that includes kids who will play less than 1 game of AFL.

Because some veterans who were paid a heap throughout their career are willing to play for the club for a heap less than what they're worth, doesn't mean all veterans should.

Wasn't Steve's fault that Campbell Brown and Jake Melksham were being flogs so he headbutted their fists. Hes a great man is our Maysy
I wonder if he still thinks that the Demons are so much better than us. Lol

Father-son and Academy prospects set to shape Collingwood draft plans
Collingwood’s draft plans are set to be shaped by Next Generation Academy and Father-Son picks in 2025 according to Trade Radio’s Cal Twomey.
The Magpies have access to three players who will be on draft boards, Oakleigh Chargers duo Zac McCarthy and small forward Jai Saxena as Academy options and Western Jets midfielder Tom McGuane, the son of Magpies great Mick McGuane.

While McGuane was the big name heading into this season, Twomey expects McCarthy to be Collingwood’s priority when it comes to the trio with the forward/ruck rated as the 27th best prospect in his August edition of his Phantom Form Guide on AFL.com.au.

Beveridge: “Will Collingwood be looking at picking up all three of Zac McCarthy, Tom McGuane and Jai Saxena in this year's draft? They’re all eligible to go to the Pies as Academy or father-son.
Twomey: “Yeah, I think McCarthy will be the priority.
“McGuane, I think, can probably be a later or rookie pick, and Saxena again is probably more of a rookie opportunity.”
Collingwood currently hold picks 35, 53, 65 and 71 in the 2025 Draft, prior to this year’s trade period.

They keep using Nick as an example as he is the best player in the game and is only 22. It's a compliment.

We are kissed on the piebeast to have him.
I thought PB is a house cat

I’d be interested to learn the median wage. Average is a pretty useless number when there are massive outliers on the upside
