They’ve been transitioning him out of the midfield and he’s still put up decent numbers. His 2025 year would still make him our 2nd best midfielder.

He might be $1.4m finished but he's certainly not $600k finished.

We're paying an older McStay $650k. He'd be a massive upgrade on Long and Mitchell who we were still trialling in that inside mid role in our 22 at the end of the year.
